Return Policy
Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any
item for a full refund based on the following terms:
- all print sales are final unless the item has been damaged in shipping or there is an error with your order
- any unopened CD that's in new condition including
original packaging and accessories may be returned
- all returns must have a return authorization number which may be gotten by filling out this online form.
Please note that we will not process any item that is returned shipped to us without the appropriate return authorization.
Refunds
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received
and processed the returned item. Please note that we can refund
shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
